Application submission schedule
Mandatory hardcopy submission
Please submit a copy of the Online Form with all documents attached in the school office between 02-11-2026 to 07-11-2026, between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (Except Holidays)
Process of Online Form Filling and Submission
Register in the Admission Portal
The link is available on the School Website. Create a Login ID & Password, then log in to the Admission Portal and apply ONLINE.

Upload documents
Upload all documents in JPEG format. Only Original Document Scan Copy must be uploaded.
Submit fees & generate acknowledgement
Submit the Admission Form Fees and generate the Money Receipt / Acknowledgement.
Important Steps After Online Submission
- Download the Filled Admission Form and the Money Receipt / Acknowledgement.
- Take a Colored Print of the Filled Admission Form, attach all the documents uploaded in the Portal, and submit in the School Office (Hardcopy) on the submission dates mentioned above.

Student’s Photograph
JPEG format, less than 2 MB.
Family Photograph
Father, Mother, Child — JPEG format, less than 5 MB.
Original Birth Certificate
Scanned copy from the Notified Area. Hospital Slip or any other document is not acceptable. PDF, less than 2 MB.
Candidate’s UID Card
Scanned copy of Original UID card of the Candidate. PDF, less than 2 MB.
Parents’ UID Card
Scanned copy of Original UID card of the Parents. PDF, less than 2 MB.
Medical Papers
Original medical papers if the child has any medical / PWD condition. PDF, less than 2 MB.
Caste Certificate
Original caste certificate in case the child is SC/ST/OBC. PDF, less than 2 MB.
Birth Certificate Requirement
The Date of Issue of the Birth Certificate must be within one year of the date of the applicant’s birth.
Fee & funding note
The school states that it does not receive any Government or private aid and that fees from students are the only source of revenue. Therefore, to meet rising costs and increases in salary, fees may have to be raised every alternate year.

Age rule
No deviation will be allowed in case of age.
Selection process
As per the RTE Act, there shall not be any interaction for the selection of children for admission. The selection will be done randomly for all categories using Digital Lottery System Software.
Late submission of Admission Form will not be accepted.
If a candidate fails to take admission on the stipulated date, his/her seat will be given to the wait-listed candidate.
